ACCESSIBLE SEATING & PARKING
Accessible Seating is available for guests using a wheelchair or other mobility assisted device. Reservations are required.
Accessible Parking is available to guests with a valid DMV issued disabled placard or plate. An ADA Parking Pass must be purchased.

ACCESSIBLE DROP OFF & ASSISTANCE
An Accessible Drop Off area will be provided at the entrance to the Mountain Theater, but must be pre-arranged with our Box Office Manager. Helpful Sound Summit staff will be on hand to provide assistance into the venue and to Accessible Seating areas for those requiring it.

To promote a safe environment and provide some welcome peace of mind at Sound Summit, all attendees will be required to show either proof of their complete COVID vaccination or a negative COVID test result from a test taken within 48 hours of the show. Full details here.
All Admission Tickets, Parking Passes, and Bus Passes are individual ticket types and will be sent electronically. Each ticket should be printed prior to arrival with barcodes clearly visible and presented at the Venue Entrance, Parking Lots, and Bus Lots, respectively.
Sound Summit reserves the right to deny entry to patrons without valid, scannable tickets.
Sound Summit Admission Tickets – E-Ticket should be printed out and will be scanned at the Mountain Theater box office in exchange for an admission wristband. Will Call tickets can be claimed at the Box Office at the venue entrance.
- Children aged 2 and younger are admitted free of charge.
- Youth aged 3 through 12 will be admitted with valid general admission Youth E-Ticket.
- Patrons aged 13 and older are considered adults and will not be admitted with a general admission Youth E-Ticket.
- Entry to Sound Summit begins at 10:00 AM.
- All seating is general admission and first come, first served.
Summit Parking Passes – E-Ticket should be printed out to be scanned at the parking lot entrance. Barcodes on tickets must be clearly visible and will be verified by Parking Lot Staff. One pass per vehicle.
Bus Passes – E-Ticket should be printed out and will be scanned before getting on the bus at our Bus Lot locations at Manzanita Park & Ride Lot and neighboring Pohono Park & Ride Lot at 100 Shoreline Highway in Mill Valley. See Bus Lot Maps on the Festival Info web page. One individual per pass.
No Ins and Outs. Once you leave, you’ve left and will not be admitted back in.
Buyer Beware. Do not buy tickets from anyone you don’t know. They may likely be counterfeit and will not be honored at the gate for admission. Sound Summit is not responsible for tickets sold through any third or unauthorized party. No refunds will be processed for unclaimed orders or patrons who are denied entry due to counterfeit or invalid tickets.
The event will take place rain or shine. Lineup is subject to change.
Sound Summit will be filmed, photographed, and recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By your presence on event premises, you consent to the use of your name, voice, and likeness without conditions in any and all media. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please note that almost all the seats at the Mountain Theater are in full or partial sun. Prepare accordingly with hats, sunscreen, and water bottles.
Please also note that the Mountain Theater is a natural environment and entails all that comes with it. In addition to singing birds and breathtaking views, there are bees, insects, dirt paths, uneven stone surfaces, varying grades, and the like. Be mindful of the environment, both in anticipation of the day and as you move about the venue.
Sound Summit is not liable in any way for any injuries incurred relating to attendance of the festival.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The health and safety of the Sound Summit community is our top priority. As protocols continue to evolve rapidly regarding public gatherings, our guidance for best practices to be followed at the festival are also evolving. As protocols are established, we will post all requirements for fans to adhere to prior to the festival dates here on our website. You expressly agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinance, regulations, and the rules set forth by the Sound Summit event organizers when attending Sound Summit.
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists by attending Sound Summit. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending Sound Summit you assume, on behalf of yourself and any minor children, all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted. By attending Sound Summit, you (a) acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death, (b) voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expenses, of any kind (“Claims”), that you or your minor children may experience or incur, and (c) hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Roots & Branches Conservancy, the venue, event promoters, vendors, and each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and landlords and their respective officers, directors, and employees from Claims of any kind arising out of or relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
This COVID-19 assumption of risk and waiver of all Claims supersedes any prior assumption of risk related to COVID-19 in connection with Sound Summit.
